On how to put eyedrops in a screaming, beside himself, can't calm down child? Because I would love to know.
How's this for preparation for sooncomingveryexcitedabout visitors? 3 eyeteeth coming in (which apparently are the most painful? who knows, what child who's teething can you tell how the degree of pain), conjunctivitis, a fever and a virus causing a nasty cough and cold.....
It just breaks my heart to see him. Today he wouldn't be out of my arms for longer then 30 seconds, except for his nap. I'm totally spent. I'm sick, I have a headache and I'm at my wit's end.

Oh no, so sorry to hear your little man is unwell.
We had to give Guy eye drops once for conjuntivitis. It was a disaster! Then the doctor said give them to him while he's asleep, so there is less chance of him wiping them away.
Or, get an ointment/cream that will do the same job as the drops. Again, it's easier to administer and it will stay on a bit longer... I hope!
Oh gosh. That is BRUTAL!
I would have no idea how to do the drops--I had trouble with the nose drops when she was younger, and I imagine eyes would be a qizzillion times worse. I'm no help at all.
I hope Jeff was able to take over for you so you could get a good night's sleep. Feel better--and hugs to that little guy of yours--I hope he gets better soon!
